You know why. We all know why.

What are you trying to say? That she’s jealous? In this case, i King of agree with your sentiment.

No this is not about jealousy.

Disagree. Alison is completely jealous.

I mean, come on, it's VERY obvious she did this on purpose to get her name in the news. How many new followers is she going to get because there are people out there who find Chrissy Tiegen super annoying? Thousands. Personally I think Chrissy Tiegen should have just ignored this whole thing and Roman wouldn't have gotten the publicity that she craves.

Yeah, as a white woman named Jessica, I also think "the stew" is bland AF. And the shortbread cc cookies never appealed to me. Alison Roman may be a nice woman who made a dumb mistake, and I could be wrong, but she strikes me as a mean girl - not in the traditional Regina George sense, but in the way "alt girls" would make fun of other girls for wearing pink or liking pop music. Just kind of insecure and aiming for confidence but missing the mark and veering towards meanness. On the plus side, maybe I'll be able to find shallots at the store now.

Of course, Anthony Bourdain did a very similar takedown of food network stars - and nobody gave an eff - because he has a penis. But women should never be able to voice an opinion smart or otherwise without being called a mean girl and silenced forever. She doesn't deserve a career anyway because she's "ugly," "white," "Jewish" and/or has no penis. Gross!

She didn’t go after a struggling WOC trying to make it. She made one comment about one of the wealthiest women in America, who btw is milking it for all it’s worth.

How is Chrissy Teigen wrong in this scenario? The onus is not on Chrissy to save Alison Roman from herself. Legions of mediocre white women (I personally can't stand Pioneer Woman) have done what Chrissy Teigan is doing yet she felt compelled to zero in on these two Asian women.

She’s not wrong, but the victim act is a little heavy.

Alison isn’t mentioning Pioneer Woman, or Rachel Ray, or whatever other names have been thrown around here, bc those aren’t current references to her intended audience. She’s 34. How many people in the 18-34 age range give a crap about PW?

This isn’t a defense of Alison, but people crying about Chrissy (who only got the food-related deals because of her own celeb status) is just silly.

Wow. So basically bc Chrissy is successful she should take whatever this white woman said and be fine. Yeah, I’m saying you are defending Alison. I can only imagine why.

She isn’t. Those posters hate Chrissy for whatever reason and feel fine with her being attacked. It being unwarranted doesn’t matter. As long as Chrissy is hurt they are happy.

No, Chrissy is welcome to define herself. But her whining is just as tone-deaf as Alison’s self-indulgent ramblings.

Chrissy Teigen is the current social media star. I actually like Chrissy, but there’s no question she’s open for critique. Marie Kondo - well the hypocrisy there is self-evident.

Yeah you are right. She should just take it. Let Alison say whatever she wants and Chrissy should just sit quietly. She doesn’t deserve to respond or have a reaction. She’s rich so she doesn’t have a right to feel anything other than happy that she is rich.

I was not impressed by that recipe, but I also tried one of Chrissy’s recipes and it was disgusting.
