Chrissy’s comments are absolutely disgusting and 1000x worse. But that doesn’t mean Alison should have discussed Chrissy in her interview and she owed her a sincere apology, which I now believe she’s issued.

Yes but she also AT BEST has a raging bias against Asian women even if she doesn’t consciously recognize it. Of all the people to criticize, she goes after two women of color, both of whom are Asian. That reveals something even if she didn’t realize it. And it was horrible. She called them “bitch” and “sellout.” They did NOTHING to her!

White women who think this is fine are the same kind of person as Alison; racist but don’t think they are because they think racism is explicit and overt and intentional. Some women on this thread said Alison probably thought Chrissy was Hispanic like that would make it better or acceptable!? White women are very complicit generally in racism because it benefits them. They hold all these same prejudices but because they hate trump they think they’re Good White People.

Chrissy Teigen once tweeted calling black child actor Quvenzhane Wallis “cocky.” Does that mean she has a raging bias against black people?

PP from above and I agree with you. And to my knowledge no. Instead, when she was confronted with her past, she flounced off with a proclamation that whenever someone is praised one day they’ll be attacked the next. And then she made her socials private. She should be called to the carpet for what she did. And Courtney brought up Chrissy’s comments in April. There’s been plenty of time for an apology.
