What is something you'd never admit outloud...

I think there's a ton of us.

I also love him. There are many of us in the DC area. You just can't admit it out loud around here. This is why Trump won. We keep quiet while liberalism is shoved down our throats, and then we go out and vote.

Another Trump supporter here surrounded by liberal friends. Our friends hate Trump and anyone who supports him is a racist, awful person. We just keep quiet and let them rant and then move on to other topics.

What gets me is that we were not Obama fans, but we didn't go out there and trash him as well as anyone who supported him. It's definitely a double standard here. I think some of the other quiet people in our circle also voted for and support Trump, but at the risk of losing friendships and being labeled racists, we just don't get into a debate.

While I don't always agree with how he delivers the message or his tweets, you gotta love how he just doesn't give a rat's ass about keeping certain special interest groups happy so they'll support him. I do truly believe he wants to make our country a better country and keep everyone safe. He also is not positioning himself for the next election - he has enough money to do whatever he wants and he's going to do what he thinks is best for our country's economic future without pandering to special interest groups or worried about what whatever group thinks of him b/cs that will cost him $$ in campaign contributions.

Sometimes I wish walking around naked was legal. Clothes are very restricting and especially when it's hot.

Why? Seriously interested.

We don't want to be your friend either, don't worry.

There's nothing funnier than a poor Republican.

Good luck!!

Where do I begin?

I am embarrassed because my kid is starting at a community college. I feel ashamed because if all these giant black SUVs driving around with dyed blondes at the wheel whose husbands have great jobs and their kids are at very good colleges. Feel I was a crappy parent for this to happen.

I feel ashamed that I believe the people I describe above somehow have it much better than me and I can never have what they have.

I feel that I am a career underachiever due to a combination of bad decisions and just plain bad luck (company is sold, person who hired me is exited, etc.)

I believe that when my mom dies, who is the only person I really have to talk things through with, there will be no point in continuing to live.

I don't tell people because I don't want them to think (or say) there's no way I can get my fat ass across the state, let alone the country. I'm also afraid I'll get 3 days in and realize I made a terrible mistake and I don't want to confess to that to lots of people (if it happens.) And lastly, I don't want people constantly asking me how the preparations are going. I plan to leave in roughly a year.

Amazing. I'm rooting for you.

That is so awesome. And, if you did get three days in and decide to bag it, I'd still think what you did was awesome. The attempt is hugely courageous. Most people would never even consider it.

I'm sorry you had this experience. I don't want to sound cheesy, but don't give up on love. There is someone out there for you, and yes, he may be a different race, but maybe not. It takes time to heal from heartbreak. But you will.

+1. I am so sorry for your experience-screw deadbeat dads. But I am sure you have a ton to offer, that you can't even see yet, and that there definitely are people out there who will love you and your kids. Best wishes to you.

I feel the same way at times.

If I had a kid that was severely disabled, unresponsive, tube fed, in diapers, I'd want them to die peacefully.

And that reason is not because of refugees.
