Not a fair comparison. The girl on MBFFL has PCOS which is a hormonal condition that can cause obesity regardless of how little she eats.

PCOS can make weight loss hard and weight gain easy but it doesn't cause obesity or create calories from thin air. Eating causes obesity, not hormones.

Eugenia appears to have disappeared from the internet entirely, hopefully working on recovery.

But at least she didn't profess to be a "health coach" like this horrifyingly disordered woman. I'd encourage others to report her for "self harm."
