Wait listed at Beauvoir. Got in at Capitol Hill Day School, a school we first learned about on DCUM! Still waiting to hear from Lowell and GDS. But we're happy.

Congrats to PP. Did you call the AD at CHDS or get acceptance in the mail? I thought letters were being mailed today?

Shockingly in our acceptance letter from Beauvoir we received a pre-acceptance letter to Harvard as a reward for our $390,000 investment in DD's primary and secondary education. We were outright rejected from our local public school given the high IQ of our child, and our advanced degrees from Ivy League Universities. They were certain that we would not fit into the school.
