As a parent you COULD say:

Hi, I want to let you know that some of your lifeguards have been overheard saying and making obnoxious sounds at the pool. The kind of things that maybe them as teens find funny, but adults do not. They've been heard doing this to their lifeguard colleagues, too. Again, not naming names, but this is the kind of thing that will hurt the reputation of the pool if not worse. Parents talk.
