What on earth would you know about class? You are one white sheet away from full on racism.

Ugh let me back up before this gets out of hand. I didn't invent the term, I was only reusing it. In England people from the Indian sub continent are called Pakis. I didn't mean to be or sound racist, just trying to paint a picture. I apologize to the forum.

English person here. Let me be clear than the only people in the UK who would ever use that term would be racists. It is not an acceptable term there, and is extremely offensive.

Thank you, PP.
To the person quoted: your post was incredibly offensive, and your defense just as bad.

Agreed. Your "picture" lens is one of ignorance and hatred. Your racial slur is only the tip of the iceberg. You disgust me.

From what I can tell, people in McLean seem to deal pretty well with the substantial number of first and second-generation Asians purchasing homes there, so perhaps they have more class than you do, PP. Do you have something against extended families?

LOVE that house! You guys are crazy!! they probably throw some insane parties like from the movie, The Great Gatsby. Oh and by the way, the difference between NEW money and OLD money-- new money knows how to make money. Old money families are stingy and much more discrete because they have no idea how to make it. They are born into money so they are always so afraid they are going to lose it.

Elizabeth and Alexander? Really? You think people make money by being a follower? Interesting. Thank you for telling us why you have none.

The Carlyle Group guy from Rochester building an ice rink in Nixon's old backyard screams new money to me.
