I thought the objective with capping loan amounts was to force schools to lower the cost of attendance. I haven’t seen that discussed here at all; just gloom and negativity. Isn’t it possible that this will indeed be the result? Doesn’t it seem like a way more sensible approach, to make the cost of a nursing degree less expensive, rather than continuing to have the government provide crazy high amounts of debt financing?

I am sure they would prefer we go back in time to when we only ate organic fruits and veggies, animal meat was free range, yet the average life expectancy lower and child mortality was much, much higher.
