ICE is merely enforcing laws passed by Congress and signed by our elected presidents

Can you explain why Trump can't deport people the way he did in his first term?

This is one of the men you are calling a "masked thug" or a "terrorist" or even worse. Watch his interview. He helped evacuate the detainees when the nutcase opened fire at the Dallas facility.

You all keep posting the same one guy. What about the ones beating citizens up, getting sued for it and losing, costing us tax payers even more money. These are the people causing anger in the streets. Are you going to pretend they don't exist?

Because Biden brought in millions more who need to be deported.

Your own conservative CATE Institute calls you a liar:

Logan Square neighborhood, Chicago. Man wearing a balaclava in a white, unmarked vehicle, pulls the pin on a tear gas canister and tosses it in the road.

https://bsky.app/profile/clancyny.bsky.social/post/3m2cmp2hgcs2k

so driving down the street and tossing tear gas at people like you would toss beads at mardi gras is "enforcing laws"?

Please explain, OP.

Maybe if you cited a source other than a fake news propaganda site, people could evaluate your outlandish allegation and add context ?

"Heury Gómez is a loving father and TNS community member who is detained by ICE. He is a devoted father and sole legal guardian of his medically fragile son, Noah.

On August 5, 2025, Heury landed in Newark Airport, arriving from his birthday trip in Mexico. He was supposed to return to work that evening, but instead, he was detained. Days later, agents woke him abruptly in the middle of the night, shackled him, denied him food, and transferred him to a detention center in Michigan - placing him hundreds of miles away from his son, his family, and his legal team.

Heury is a lawful permanent resident who has lived and worked in the U.S. for 20 years. Earlier this year, Bronx Family Court granted him full custody of his U.S. citizen son, Noah, an 18-year-old with profound medical needs requiring daily specialized care. Every day that Heury remains detained is another day Noah is left without the love and stability he deserves.

ICE is using misdemeanors from 2015 as justification for Heury’s detention. Heury has always maintained his innocence, and that matter was resolved years ago. It has never defined who he is, nor should it be used now to tear him away from his son.

We humbly ask for your support and solidarity for family, love, compassion, and justice. Every contribution, no matter the size, brings this loving father and his son one step closer to being together at last."

Midemeanors from 10 years ago as a pretext, resolved, for a lawful permanent citizen. Is this really what you all want? Separating SINCE AUAGUST this father and his son?
Who is this helping?[i]

Wait? You are unaware that ICE is being sued for the indiscriminate use of tear gas on children and police officers?

Here's Fox reporting on ICE using tear gas on a Halloween parade: https://www.fox32chicago.com/news/outrage-after-federal-agents-use-tear-gas-just-before-halloween-parade-old-irving-park

I agree with not using tear gas on protestors. Ice should use batons. I think a baton on protestor's head is more effective.

Aw, wook at the maga that needs attention. Everyone pay attention to the poor lonely maga, cut off from family and alone, most likely.

He should have been deported 10 years a go , it's best to cut it out earlier on to avoid setting up roots but it was his poor decisions that led to this situation

As usual, the Trump administration avoids going after criminals in order to focus on the easy targets. A legal resident. A dad and primary caretaker of an American citizen with profound special needs. Why pick him? Because of misdemeanors that were dealt with ten years ago? Give me a break. They picked him because it is easy to arrest predictable law-abiding citizens and they think none of us care.

How does this make us safer, liars?

Why should he have been deported? He has legal status.

For a misdemeanor??? Either you are ignorant or racist.

Is ICE merely following laws?

Thugs pull a 67 year old white suburban guy out of his car, break his ribs and nearly choke him to death for no reason. If this can happen to him, it can happen to you.

OP, is this acceptable?
