Fun fact for you: the Chairman that Trump deposed, David Rubinstein, is the single largest donor to the KC ever. He's donated $111 million dollars. Did you know that the chairman of a board like that is expected to donate his own money and lobby others to do the same? That's not a skill Trump has, given that his "charity" was a fraud. Or do you not remember how he had to admit to personally misusing Trump Foundation funds and had to pay a fine? Why would anyone trust him to do right by their money this time?

We have tickets for a family performance this spring and we’ll still go to that, but we’re holding off on purchasing tickets for anything else until we see what he does with the place. I don’t want to have to walk by MAGA / Trump propaganda. If it stays the same and we’re still interested in the programming, and I don’t lose my job due to RIF/schedule F (all big ifs) we will keep going. Taking our young kids there several times a year has been a very special time for our family. It’d be nice if that’s something we can keep doing.

Capital One Hall in Tysons is also a great venue. They have the various ballets and Broadway shows (usually four Broadway shows a year). We saw Waitress there a few years ago.

See, the president hasn't fired prior appointees to the Kennedy Center Board before. This is unprecedented. That's a big word for someone like you, so let me explain. It means that it hasn't happened before. Biden did NOT fire all of Trump's KC appointees.
