I agree in general but I bet the family was happy to have a nice event to celebrate together. It's not like it's a huge wedding in terms of number of guests. with both families and a few friends, maybe 50? I think the main thing is that the dress is a bit much for a second wedding.

Probably not a year, but I'd think at least 6 months just to secure venue, make arrangements etc.

Ok, it looks like Kevin is looking back at a woman dressed in green. Don't know what Sophie is wearing but there is a young blonde in green sitting somewhere behind him.

Cassidy is supposed to make an appearance. Perhaps she is the mystery woman.

Looks like she's sitting next to Kevin at the ceremony. I don't think Kevin brought a date though, or there wouldn't be any mystery about the hookup's identity.

They’ve kept their encounters hidden from the family in the past by her choice.

The woman in the green dress could be Sophie - doesn't really look like her in the preview but who knows. I think he and Sophie have a nice heart to heart and that's it. I don't think Cassidy really wants a relationship but is happy for "companionship" every now and then.

Cassidy could just be his +1 for the wedding, in which case it wouldn't be cheating if he hooked up with someone else.

I'm really annoyed at the regression in his story arc with series of women in the flashes forward. Seems to go against the character development he had when he flew with the twins back to Pittsburgh. What up with that?

Isn't this the story of Kevin's life? One step forward, two steps back?

I feel like the regression is because he came back from Philly with this idea of being with Madison and it seems like there's no chance so he's deliberately dating women he's never going to be serious about.

I realize I am an unrealistic Kevin/Madison shipper and that it seems impossible they are together in the end. But I still think it's them.
