I just ordered a pair of 25 pound dbs- 20 is all I have at home and they are too light. I should probably just start going to the gym more because I think I can lift a fair amount heavier on my legs.

Squats- depends on type of squat but a basic squat is one 35-40 lb dumbbell
Lunges- 2 10lbs dumbbells or one 20lb dumbbell
RDL- 70lb barbell
Biceps-2 12-15 lbs dumbbells or 35lb barbell
Triceps- don’t really do exclusively triceps With free weights but I’m guessing I would use 2 8-10lb dumbbells
Chest press-2 20-25lb dumbbells
