F 5’6”, 158 lbs, 42

Squat: 88 lbs barbell, or 25 lbs for Bulgarian split squats
RDL: 100 lbs
Chest press: 25 lbs dumbbells or 64 lbs barbell.

Tbh, this is basically all I do, plus core and cardio. I do almost no accessory lifts.

I’ve been lifting for a couple years and am recovering from a surgery. As a PP said, it really is the fountain of youth. I’m an evangelist. Almost none of my friends lift, but I got my mom and sibs into it.
