I have a different theory. Costner’s income will decrease now that he has walked away from Yellowstone. She filed for divorce now because the Yellowstone income is still on the table for calculation purposes. In 2024, his income will be his investments only and therefore less support for her.

Yellowstone is done though. How would that be on the table for calculation purposes for the next several years worth of CS?

The entire Yellowstone series is now syndicating on prime time CBS on Sunday nights! Someone is making a mint off that. I predict with this behind him, he goes back and films another Yellowstone season or two.

They don’t earn the same money for syndication as they do when filming so that doesn’t maintain his income. And he had already backed out of Yellowstone before she filed.

Taylor Sheridan is so livid at Costner he’d probably let him back on set just to spit on him.

Not a chance it was favorable to her. Likely it was his original offer to give her the downpayment to buy something and he paid for her legal bills. If he was feeling nice he added back in paying 100% of the kids expenses.

The CS reduction was the final blow in her plan to get as much money as possible. 3 strikes at that point. She stood no chance overturning the prenup.

Remember she's used to housekeepers, nannies, drivers for the kids, chef.... lavish house, private planes...as are the kids. Its for maintenance for her but given the length of marriage he should pay lots of alimony.

It was already reported that she got $400k for her legal bills (she’s still on the hook for more than half as they exceed $800k) and the prenup is being enforced, unchallenged, else she faces a million or more in penalties plus paying his legal fees if she challenges it.

So it sounds like she’s getting what is outlined in the prenup, plus $60k/mo. that the judge already ordered for CS until the kids age out. She’s getting peanuts from a guy worth $400+ million, after giving him the best part of her life and three beautiful kids.

He’s a prick of the highest order. I hope his Horizon films sink like a stone at the box office.

Nope. I've been married to one person for over 25 years, have two adult kids, and have worked in public schools for most of my adult life. I just happen to think that Kevin Costner, a "movie star" worth $400 million, has shown his cheapness since his engagement (with a dinky diamond) to Christine, a woman nearly 20 years younger. His cheapness continues.
