So what are the thoughts on the new letter that John Burke received after the recent 20/20 episode |
Who knows? Probably a hoax or faker but you never know. |
The intruder theory supporters are not explaining how Burke missed the intruder despite walking around the basement, kitchen, and his room at night. He was fixing a train set and spending quite some time right next to the area where JB’s body was found |
lol |
Nobody has to prove that he didn't do it rather there needs to be direct proof that he did. Not circumstantial. |
Dude we know. But this isn’t a trial. This is speculation about what we think happened. So, for speculation purposes, yeah, this is pretty key. |
I don’t know who killed JB, but so many people on here are convinced the Ramseys did it because they supposedly know how a typical intruder would act. I am a lawyer and worked on a case where an intruder broke into a home, killed one of the residents, and then hung around, watched tv, and casually ate a bowl of cereal. Those on this board from the DC area will recall that in the horrible home invasion in NW DC 10 or so years ago, the intruder ordered pizza. Many criminals are not smart or mentally stable. They don’t all behave rationally. We are talking about a very disturbed individual. So who knows what that person might say in a ransom note or do while in the house??? Did Charles Mansons’ followers act rationally? What about the night stalker? Was he a rational devil worshipper? People want to believe it was the Ramseys because the alternative is too horrible to comprehend and makes us all vulnerable and potential victims. |
Also, while I don’t think John Mark Karr did it (but I am still confused as to why he was ruled out, since DNA shouldn’t be ruling anyone out and his only alibi was his family said he was in Georgia… And I would think his family might want to lie to protect him) But anyway, he was absolutely obsessed with Patsy and kept contacting the police to confess and really wanting to talk to Patsy before she died. Again, not saying that he did it, but I think he is pretty indicative of of a pedo who could do something like this. And I could totally see him stalking the family (remember a housekeeper said she saw him in their garage a few years earlier in Atlanta) and hanging around the house. The Ramseys weren’t concerned about security. They kept doors and windows unlocked, let the broken window in the basement remain broken for months, etc. I could see a pageant stalker breaking in and hanging around the house for weeks and definitely hanging around for hours that night. |
This is exactly what irritates me about all the Ramseys did it people. They think they know how an pedo intruder would or should act. It’s absurd |
Whelp, there is no smoking gun so anything is possible. But that's not good enough for some speculators. We're not in court so nobody needs to explain or defend. |
In the case you worked on, was the family’s fingerprints and fibers all over every piece of the murder evidence? Didnt think so. Was there evidence of an intruder? Probably. |
And did the intruder hang out for hours with three living people upstairs, supposedly unaware the whole time? And bring no supplies to commit the crime? And neatly put back the pen and paper after hanging out to write a lengthy ransom note? |
I guess you missed the part of that post about how you can’t assume rational behavior in a situation like this. And he did bring supplies. And took things too, including part of the paint brush. |
The pedophilia was in house. JB showed evidence of molestation weeks prior to 12/25. The little girl was only around two males on a daily basis |
I notice John never calls JonBenet “my daughter”. He always references her as JonBenet or as Patsy’s child. He is divorced from the idea that JonBenet is his child and I wonder why that is. Pat said JonBenet practiced her very disturbing routines at home for her father primped up in heels and makeup and sashaying hips on stage. This is not something a 6 year old does without being groomed or taught and it’s creepy for a dad and brother to watch that. It’s not out of range that Pat caught JB and John in the basement and in her rage to hit John, she hit JB instead. |
