The biggest sticking point I think is the 118k sum in the letter that was the exact amount of John’s bonus. I think it makes sense that Patsy may have staged the scene to protect her son, but why would she or John be stupid enough to cite a sum that they must have know would be cited as evidence she wrote the note.

The ransom note asked for a bank withdrawal in cash. Asking for a million or half a million wouldve been ridiculous. 118,000 fits perfectly because the letter was addressed to John and referenced his business

Victory, SBTC (Saved by the Cross) fits very much with Patsy saying help me Jesus and help me father during the 911 call. The sensibilities in the ransom note were very Southern and typical of a 1960s/1970s raised West Virginia girl.

Burke did it. His fingerprints were on the pineapple bowl which is the last thing we know JB was near before dying. Burkes boot print was found near the body. Pasty denied buying Burke a pair of Hi tech boots but it was known she had bought him those for Christmas a previous year and Burke loved those boots. It was also known Burke always used the flashlight to avoid getting caught staying up at night. That flashlight was his thing. It was wiped clean and on the countertop that morning. Someone forgot about wiping the bowl

The day of this tragedy the Ramseys send Burke over to a friends house for the day apparently unconcerned they just lost one child to John’s stalker. They did what they could to protect Burke and obviously did not want him around the house because the police would’ve suspected him due to his nonchalant behavior. Neighbors report John and Pat looked horrible and pained at the funeral but Burke was happy as a clam. He was the only one unconcerned about JonBenet dying

Pineapple and yogurt is really good together, kinda like peaches and cream
. I’ve never heard of pineapple and milk together but it sounds like it would be gross. More concerning is why didn’t John or Patsy get them McDonald’s or feed them an actual dinner after the party? Kinda sad the kids were so hungry they couldn’t sleep and possibly fought to death over freaking pineapple
