| Sorry if this has already been mentioned above but how did the school or cops find out who was the assailant? Did the victim eventually say who shot him or was it another student? |

Here is the shooter's family a fool on tv

Did that cow really say "mind your f*%$$ business"? Once your family member shoots someone, it's everybody's business. She sounded so trashy and looked stupid twerking. Like that certainly isn't going to help. |
State of Maryland v Steven Alston, Jr certainly doesn’t sound like a private matter to me. |
I’m stunned. I thought you were being figurative but she really did wave her a$$ around and spanked it to the cameras. |
The reporter was kind to say that it was “making awkward gestures”. Absolutely deranged behavior. |

Wow. What a bunch of trash people. No way in hell should this shooter be released to this family. And, I hope they don't take it back down to juvenile court. This shooter needs to do some hard time. He callously left the victim dying on the bathroom floor. If he is tried as a juvenile, he will get a light sentence and be out in a few years. This guy needs to go away for a good long time. |
I have “literally” seen SROs do that on several occasions at my school. This is “literally” what they do… get to know the kids and help them make better choices. The SROs at my high school were amazing. |
You have "literally" seen SROs talk a murderer out of murdering. Okay Polly Anna! It does not happen. It has never happened in MoCo schools. |
| I thought there were witnesses to the shooting. Weren’t there other kids there? |
According to the police chief other students were present in the bathroom. The police chief stated that it was a pre-planned confrontation. |

This shooter needs to be charged with attempted murder AS AN ADULT. This is just sickening. |
He is charged as an adult with attempted second degree murder which has a maximum penalty of 30 years in prison. As required by law, there will likely be a court hearing with a judge to determine whether the case is transferred to juvenile court. The alleged attacker is now being held per-trial in a juvenile detention facility. |
