Justice High School

Anonymous
My DD goes to Justice and I noticed there is a lot of current teacher vacancies. It seems every week there is a new job posted and they have more vacancies every week. Is there something going on there? My daughter said half of her teachers are leaving, and I'm worried she is going to get an inexperienced teacher next year.

Isn’t Justice the worst high school in fcps? Assuming it isn’t a great place to work?

Shut up.

So much justice going on. Do you feel the equity yet?

New principal is horrible. Lots of the staff is leaving.

There is often a lot of turnover when a new principal starts. Plus, there is an increase in turnover in all schools now post-COVID.

My kids go to Justice and we seem to have just as many complaints as parents at other FCPS schools.

Not like at Justice. Literally whole departments are leaving. Look at the vacancy list compared to other schools. I haven't seen a turnover like this since Calhoun was principal.

What’s the problem with the new principal (Narcisse)? Be specific.

Sometimes schools just have vacancies when teachers retire or decide they aren’t cut out to teach. It’s also more challenging to teach at schools with more at-risk kids.

Lots of teachers are unhappy with the new admin. Some retirements/other random reasons as well.

She can't discipline kids. Halls are a disaster. Her form of leadership is a good Joel Osteen quote or getting teachers books titled, "the no complaining rule". Lots of good teachers leaving this year that have been at Justice for years. They all keep saying it's like Calhoun again and they don't want to stay for that.

I saw they are threatening detention for kids who are in the hallways rather than class but it’s a bit late in the school year for that.

Zuluaga got lazy and forgot about how chaotic that school can get because they had a no-BS principal in Penny Gros there for a number of years. Now it’s reverting back to how it was previously.

Yep, they started tardy sweeps in 4th quarter, something Calhoun also did

But it’s so diverse.
