Is he primarily a "bottom"? From what I understand, most gay guys are bottoms, or generally lean that way. Gay guys who are true "total tops" are relatively rare and are likely to be bi. If he was primarily a top, he might be sexually compatible with a woman. A man who is primarily a bottom is probably going to have trouble feeling satisfied with a woman.

Some gay men, especially older ones, dislike bi men. I think this is partly because men used to come out as “bi” to avoid being gay. But in 2018, it is more socially acceptable to be gay than bi and has been for some time. Gays are accepted as long as the stay in their lane. Bis don’t really have a lane and are not really accepted by gays or straights.
