Really disappointed in the lack of conversation about the antisemetic attack in Australia

We couldn’t at least make it to 2026 first before hearing Netanyahu screech for war in Iran again. If he wants a war , what’s stopping him? He can fight them and leave us out of it. America shouldn’t be hand holding.

Why would he be stupid enough to fight Iran without the US when he's gotten them to fight at least 6 other countries for Israel?

They found ISIS flags in the shooters vehicle. Maybe a connection to Syria?

Isis is the archenemy of Iran-they fought bitterly in Syria for years now.

If the shooters had Isis flags, why is the Australian PM saying they’re connected to Iran? Iran and Isis are opposites

Iran is covertly interfering in countries including Australia. Why not make it appear their arch enemy was connected and attracted any retribution?

Because anyone with an IQ over 80 understands why a 1st world country had absolutely nothing to gain by sponsoring a terrorist act on innocent people in foreign land. Australia's "enemy" in this case is not Iran.

You left one thing out. If news involves the Jews then there is no news. Why should anyone care about them? Right?

How do you get through your days with such an enormous chip on your shoulder? You are every bit as narcissistic and obnoxious as MAGA. “Me, me, me.”

The Pittsburgh news years ago made all the news and got lots of attention. Because it was in the US. You’re on a US board.

We have these shootings on a regular basis now and our country had been taken over by a sadistic sociopath who wants to destroy us. We’re a little preoccupied.

Everyone knows exactly what the motive was. Kill Jews.

DCUM disagrees with you. Discussion of many jews killed in Australia - 8 pages (heavily sanitized); discussion of two people killed in Boston - 53 pages.

So confusing why a DC based forum would be more concerned about a shooting in Boston at a school many of us know people in attendance versus a shooting on the other side of the world. Must be antisemitism! Couldn't possibly be something much more reasonable and logical. No, we must politicize and weaponize literally everything!

Likely the op posted up the thread stating that the Reiners' murder was antisemitic because they were jewish and the attack at Brown was a an antisemitic attack because the professor of the econ class, (not there) was jewish. It's a coordinated acttack on jews! The thread was deleted when the news about it being their son came out. But some people are just so ready to make horrific news about them and their own personal persecution. My exbest friend in high school was this way. When a boy she hardly knew from school was killed in a car accident she made it all about herself - crying dramatically in school, going to the counselor. Now she is grown up and posting online.

Its hard to say who is itching for a war but apparently somebody is and common people, irregardless of their race, religion or nationality, are just collateral damage to fuel emotions of masses to support atrocities.

Mossad already told us in October that Iran was coordinating attacks in Australia and that their "intent was to build terror networks with the intent of harming Jewish targets."

I am not on Tik Tok/ IG/ FB but have seen a lot of media coverage …. friends have been discussing this horror show with me at church and socially. Family in Australia and here in U.S. are heart broken. Hanukkah on The Beach was supposed to be a fun public celebration for Jewish Australians on our most famous beach. There is a profound sadness that this type of violent extremism exists in a country with the highest percentage of first generation immigrants. Aussies pride themselves on peaceful cultural diversity and giving everyone a fair go. This bloodbath of innocents is shocking. The PM spoke truly when he said an attack on Jewish Australians is an attack on all Australians and the Australian way of life.

However, there is deep gratitude for the Syrian hero who jumped in at great personal risk and cost to prevent the younger ISIS terrorist from shooting more innocents. Also all states and the PM are united in wanting even stricter gun safety laws.

Sorry. No way Iran has this much power. You have fallen for Clinton / Biden / Israel propaganda. Sorry.

DP - isn’t ISIS concentrated in Iran and Iraq?

ISIS is not concentrated in Iran. Iran is a primary target and adversary of the terrorist group. The main concentration of ISIS activity is in Syria and Iraq, with the regional branch ISIS-Khorasan (ISIS-K) being highly active in Afghanistan and Pakistan.

Iran has their own synagogues and Jewish communities and assemblymen they could certainly have attacked. They don’t need to go to Australia.

Did you know that? A war in Iran would kill Iranian Jews and make them a double target by Israel and possibly Iranians: caught between religion and nation

Mossad has been itching for war in Iran for over 20 years now. Mossad was first calling for Iraq . “Saddam is the most dangerous man on the planet” we were told.

Even though Saddam was the enemy of Al qaeda. Iran is the enemy of Isis and yet we’re told Iran is the threat.

Ask syrian Christians who they prefer : Iran or Isis. Ask American troops in Syria who is the threat: Iran or Isis.

Israel is telling us the opposite of what’s to our benefit /safety. And it does seems like these Islamic Terror groups are their proxies or something. It’s strange that these groups for 20 years now seem to find themselves everywhere (us, Russia, London, India, Australia, Spain, Africa) but Israel even though they claim to be “fighting for Palestine” and anti Semitic
