It will take 20 years to turn things around once MoCo hits rock bottom and we're not quite there yet. That's too long for most people so we'll simply move and take our considerable wealth and income with us and head someplace a little more purple. This will accelerate the decline because, once they run out of other people's money, the county is cooked.
