Frozen berries in my smoothie.
Does seaweed count? Handful of raspberries. |
Today I had:
- 1 cup of raspberries and strawberries - 1 banana - half a cup of kiwi, mango, papaya and some pineapple Vegetables - steamed brocoli, some beans and corn for lunch - some cucumber and bell pepper for dinner |
No, a lot of quantity of food, if they are eating this many fruits and vegs, how much meat and bread and grain are they eating? |
Today in my lunch smoothie I had:
- 2 oz spinach - 2 small cucumbers - 1.6 oz mango - 1.6 oz papaya - 1.8 oz pineapple - .5 oz kiwi |
They are eating less grains and meat because they are full on healthy, vitamin and fiber rich vegetables. You're thinking is off. |
This is the stupidest thread . I think people are only writing down to show off and not looking at anybody else's except to do some one upmanship |
+1. One a plate it's 1/4 meat, 1/4 grains, 1/2 fruits & veg. |
The more fruit and veg I eat, the more weight I lose. I'm so full of fiber I have no room for chips, cakes, snacks, etc. |

I forgot to add that I don’t eat meat, so this was with plain soy yogurt (with rolled oats, wheat germ on top), also in sushi with tofu and brown rice, and potato was air fryer “fries” (no oil). I’ll eat the edamame later with a gin & La croix over ice. It’s the sum total of everything I ate today. I don’t eat full dinner, just breakfast and lunch. I strive to eat mostly veg, whole grain, fiber-rich fruit. Keeps me full and fueled. |
I also had 1 banana and 1 corn on the cob. |
💩 |
I go to the whole foods salad bar more than I would like to admit, but my typical lunch is a mis match of roasted beets, endaname, cucumbers, endaname, hearts of palm, whatever prepared kale or cabbage salad they are serving, plus some chicken. I then runin the healthy mean with green godess dressing. |
No one knows each other. How is it showing off? Do you know which post above is mine? |
