I’m not very good at this and I’m vegetarian usually a carb whore.

But today was a good day

Salad (*2)— the first one had spinach, peppers, carrot, onion, cucumber, broccoli; the second was just spinach.

Pear - Bartlett pears are so good right now

Half kiwi

Green beans, purple/green cabbage, garlic, spring onion, kale, spinach, arugula micro greens - in salad

Roasted carrots and broccoli w garlic

Celery sticks

Blackberries- in yogurt dessert

It's not that someone is eating a whole onion or whole cauliflower or whole eggplant, but the different kinds in smaller amounts (like put into a recipe). For me, it adds up to about 7-8 servings of fruits/vegetables a day, which is very doable. Or people put small amount of a few kinds of fruit into a smoothie.

breakfast: blueberries (from frozen...in my morning oatmeal)
do coffee beans count?

lunch: orange, celery, bell pepper, black eyed peas

dinner: lettuce, carrots, split peas

dessert: marionberry (in ice cream...doesn't really count), banana
