It's not that someone is eating a whole onion or whole cauliflower or whole eggplant, but the different kinds in smaller amounts (like put into a recipe). For me, it adds up to about 7-8 servings of fruits/vegetables a day, which is very doable. Or people put small amount of a few kinds of fruit into a smoothie. |
