His opponent has even less knowledge of education and also doesn’t have a bachelor’s degree. I will vote for Frisch because at least his writing doesn’t include basic grammatical errors like Tony Sabio’s. |
Frisch has lived here longer than his opponent, who moved here in 2020. |
I admire it. He is very committed to the work despite all this hate. Nobody cares about school board until you have something to complain about. |
Do you know he was ready to quit the school board during his current term when a space in the House of Delegates opened up? He lost the primary and that’s why he is still on the school board. That is not someone who is “committed to the work.” |
NOPE. You need to stop.People here have said they have issues with what he has done on the school board, not with his sexual orientation. I am a die hard liberal, I am all for the equity initiatives and other things that right wing nut jobs go on and on about here. What I'm not for is some selfish a-hole joining the school board solely because he wants to further his own political career. And I am sure he's not the only one on the school board in this position. I just know the most about him because I live in his district. |
+1000. Karl Frisch is committed to (1) Karl Frisch; (2) Karl Frisch's political allies; and (3) the LBGTQIA community. Kids do not matter to him one iota, unless they also happen to be LBGTQIA. He has not been an advocate for all kids in his district. |
It is though. Having more former FCPS board member in the general assembly is going to be great because they will actually try to fix the funding formula that disadvantages Fairfax county. |
So you think that just because he’s gay he only cares about gay people? |
What a bunch of hysterical horse s---. Everyone on that board has an agenda of some sort. Everyone who was one it before this one (Elizabeth Schultz) had an agenda. |
OFC that's what the PP and other like him/her think. That's plain from the comments on here. |
+2. And in any event, that is his right to do. |
He is committed to the work of advancing his political career. |
I don’t actually mind the naked political ambition, what I am against is doing a bad job. Advance all you want, but on the basis of actually being a benefit. He isn’t doing that. |
They are the only students he treats as requiring advocacy on their behalf. His other constituents go ignored. |
