Post-Roe, will there be more infants available to adopt?

There are tons of adoptees who’ve suffered abuse at the hands of their adoptive parents & wish they’d been aborted. Adoptees have much higher suicide rates than the general population.

Many birth mothers would rather have an abortion than have their baby ripped away from them at birth, because they know that they haven’t received the resources necessary to care for the child.

You’re not entitled to a baby. I’m very sorry that you weren’t able to conceive.

Ma'am I have conceived my own children but I just think that each unborn child deserves a right to live in a loving and providing household

There are thousands of children waiting to be adopted right now. What are you waiting for?

As I said I do have my own children so am not looking to adopt. I don't have children that I can't raise but for those that do, adoption is a healthy alternative and many loving parents are waiting to care for children whose parents are unable to be productive members of society

Maybe you should shut your mouth, then. Because adoption is a terrible alternative to abortion, and there are tens of thousands of children waiting to be adopted right now.

And women seeking abortion ARE productive members of society. They are often college students, young employees, teenagers or married 30+ year olds.

I don’t care if you want someone else’s baby (and yes, I said baby, because older children are often left in foster care with no interest from prospective adoptive parents). You’re not entitled to one. I don’t give a fig that you’re “waiting to care for children” (??). If that’s what you want, we need preschool teachers & nannies, too! Oh and being married & financially stable doesn’t mean you’re “loving,” either.

What are they waiting for? They’re free to apply to be foster parents, to become k-12 teachers, daycare workers, pediatric nurses or nannies.

The idea of infants being “available to adopt” because of government forced gestation is so abhorrent it truly makes me question whether people can be that evil.

FORCING PEOPLE TO GESTATE FORCES THEM TO BECOME PARENTS WHETHER THEY CHOOSE ADOPTION OR NOT

this is some truly hellish stuff.

Adoption always begins with trauma and tragedy.

That’s pretty much the position of the state of Texas and it got a bunch of kids killed.

Yikes. Feel free to your whacky beliefs, but leave my body out of it.

As adoptee, I concur. It's not the pretty fantasy the PP has concocted in her almost-empty head.

Well I am glad you are more worried about me than these poor children. I hope that God finds a way to put love into your heart rather than the hatred that you clearly have right now. Like I said my only belief is a quality life for all children and luckily wealthy people in our area are happy to adopt!

How many kids you adopt and how? The reality is that there are plenty of kids and teens in foster care waiting to be adopted. Since you are so noble, go get a few.

You’re disgusting. Poor women are not free incubators for wealth infertile women or anyone who doesn’t feel like dealing with pregnancy but wants a baby.
