No. It is based on the fact Flynn pled guilty.

Forced to plead guilty. FBI’s own notes show that.

Wonder how many of these people who don't understand the plea have children.

You are misreading the notes. Please read the op-eds written by those who were there.

When asked to affirm his plea, Flynn, on multiple occasions, made the affirmation. So was he lying to the court in making the affirmation? He has told so many lies and his defenders are contorting into pretzels, I cannot keep track.

So that's the big question: how did all this happen? The "insurance policy" seems to be the only answer.

Are you the one who hasn't bothered to read the notes?

His son was equally complicit. Maybe some of us do a better job of raising our kids to ensure we don't have to cop to plea deals to keep them out of prision.

The ones who believe Flynn, those are the ones that I wonder if they have children. They believe every lie that he tells?

But they don't believe the judge. "He's a Clinton judge". SMH

Neither I nor my children are criminals, so we’re all good. But thanks for your “concern.”

My mom always told me if I get arrested, do not call her because she will not bail me out.

I love my children more than anything else in the world. But if my kids break the law, I will not be sheltering them from the consequences of their actions.

Ah, so the PP 'misread' the notes. Read op-eds

Did you tell him about the nonsense motion from the DOJ?

Embarrassing.

+1. Does PP do her kids homework for her? If they get a bad grade in school does she bribe the principle to have their records expunged? That is shameful and gross.

No, it’s based on the fact that the judge didn’t throw out the case. And it’s not a feeling. Barr misrepresented the findings of the Mueller case in his summary. We have already witnessed his inability to be impartial. We don’t have any evidence that the judge, who didn’t dismiss this case, can’t be impartial, too. If all that you claim happened actually did happen, the judge should be the one to dismiss the case and admonish or censure the prosecution. But the process was interrupted by Barr.

It’s based on the fact that the judge didn’t throw out the case? Really? Where is the 302 that the judge said himself went missing, that it ‘happens sometimes’.

And who know better whether or not the “missing” 302 is material to the case? You, random internet poster, or the judge?

Source? I have not found one op-ed on this by those who were there when the planning notes were written.

Since when is a 302 not material to a case?

Powers claimed she never tried to unmask Flynn; records show she unmasked him 7 times. Why lie?

Comey admitted he took advantage of what he called a "disorganized" transition by conducting a criminal interview with Flynn, but didn't tell him as they were required. Why do this? Both agents said they believed Flynn was truthful.

The judge admits that documents are missing and said 'it happens'. All here defending Sullivan want to gloss over that point.

Flynn's former defense withheld paperwork from his new defense. Why? The prosecutors also withheld paperwork from the defense. Why?

If you have a ton of information proving Flynn is a 'traitor', why settle for one charge of lying to the FBI? After all, you have proof of him being a traitor which is far worse, right??

Why is the Kisliak call important? Because on 12/29/2016, Flynn was vacationing in the DR where calls were not secure, and where they are out of US jurisdiction (i.e. no need to request unmasking - they can just get the transcript and recording of the call. Then Flynns name is leaked to Ignatius at the WaPo, whic is a crime.

I can't believe you even had to answer that question....
