There's some evidence that Flynn coordinated his phone calls to Kislyak with Trump through KT MacFarlane. But he denied all of it. And so did she.

Did he go off script? Is he just a pathological liar?

As for the Pence thing, when the FBI told Pence he had lied, he likely believed them. I think he likely did not realize the depth of the problems in the FBI. Remember, we likely still would not know had the DOJ IG not discovered the texts between Page and Strozk.

And, since the original 302 is missing, and transcripts indicate that they told Comey he did not lie, that accusation is questionable.

They threatened to go after his son. He was out of money.

If there were evidence he committed more egregious crimes, the Special Counsel would have charged him with that. They were looking for red meat and this was the best they could do. And, remember, the Special Counsel's office was full of partisans.

Because his son also did something illegal. Think about it.

All of your ‘Flynn is guilty’ posts hinge on one feeling: that Barr is crooked. That’s not fact; that’s a feeling.

None of this has been proven. THis is the latest story, being amplified by Trump and his admin so that Flynn can skate. The judge didn’t throw out the case. He knows more than any old jacka** hack writing an opinion piece in USA Today.

Sorry. This doesn't fly. Since the FBI never records interviews, this is the ONLY record of what happened. Any FBI agent who has ever entered information on a 302 will tell you that they don't get "lost."
Perhaps this is just one of the reasons why Jeff Jensen recommended to Barr that the case be dropped. He was an FBI agent for 10 years and knows this just DOESN'T happen."

+1

Furthermore, if the 302 was not missing, the judge would not have acknowledged it WAS missing in this cavalier statement about ‘things getting lost’

No, it's actually based on Flynn, not Barr.

Pretty straightforward, really.

No. It is based on the fact Flynn pled guilty.

We all saw the notes. Those of us who bothered to look at them.

No, it’s based on the fact that the judge didn’t throw out the case. And it’s not a feeling. Barr misrepresented the findings of the Mueller case in his summary. We have already witnessed his inability to be impartial. We don’t have any evidence that the judge, who didn’t dismiss this case, can’t be impartial, too. If all that you claim happened actually did happen, the judge should be the one to dismiss the case and admonish or censure the prosecution. But the process was interrupted by Barr.

Amazing. In your eyes, this is all because of problems at the FBI. FBI, our law enforcement officers, the front line agains the bad guys. Do you ever wonder why the campaign against the good guys was started by the bad guys in 2016 and continues to this day? Do you understand that Trump has been laundering illegal Russian blood money for decades? That Se. Ross sat on the Board of the bank in Cyprus that laundered said money?

Seriously, wake up, you have been fully manipulated by outright propaganda against our front line law enforcement officers to justify all of the crimes that have been committed by Trump, Manafort, Stone, Flynn and others for decades.

It’s based on the fact that the judge didn’t throw out the case? Really? Where is the 302 that the judge said himself went missing, that it ‘happens sometimes’.

Forced to plead guilty. FBI’s own notes show that.

Post the part of the note that shows the 302 was not missing? The judge said himself that it WAS missing.

Innocent people sometimes plead guilty because they have no choice.

Or, it could be based on the fact that before two differerent judges, both in writing and by voice assent, Flynn admitted he was guilty.

But in your eyes, 2+2=5 so it's all good.

Was speaking with a retired longtime career AUSA yesterday. He's not following this as much as I have, but is now. The law is extremely important to him. When I mentioned that Page had edited the 302, I got his attention. He literally screamed--"why was she doing that? Only the agents at the interview are supposed to touch it. How did that happen?"

So that's the big question: how did all this happen? The "insurance policy" seems to be the only answer.
