No, it’s based on the fact that the judge didn’t throw out the case. And it’s not a feeling. Barr misrepresented the findings of the Mueller case in his summary. We have already witnessed his inability to be impartial. We don’t have any evidence that the judge, who didn’t dismiss this case, can’t be impartial, too. If all that you claim happened actually did happen, the judge should be the one to dismiss the case and admonish or censure the prosecution. But the process was interrupted by Barr. [/quote]
