Resigns in disgrace after 38 years and not finding the evidence of FBI misbehavior Barr wanted. Rush Limbaugh is going to be pissed.

He is still running the investigation just resigned at Attorney General for CT.

You’re an idiot. I hope you’re feeling mighty proud of yourself for being so uninformed.

The Defense Department IG has finished its investigation into Flynn and forwarded the results to the Secretary of the Army.

This has nothing to do with Barr. It's big news and deserves its own thread.

I love it. The article says that now that Flynn has been pardoned he can be compelled to testify in this case. The defendant and Flynn were conspiring to evict a Turkish cleric to have him killed. Such an American hero, Michael Q Flynn.

I think they are hoping his testimony helps defendant.

An attorney for Rafiekian said at oral argument in December that he could “potentially” call Flynn as a witness at a new trial “now that he has been pardoned.”
Before the pardon, defense attorney James Tysse said, Flynn “presumably” would have invoked his own Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination.
