Flynn wasn't framed. He just lied to the FBI, worked for Turkey while he was supposed to be working for the US, and thinks he knows better than everyone else. He's a loon and a conspiracy theorist and a convicted-but-not-yet-sentenced criminal.

After the recent shenanigans, he may end up with a real trial and lots of charges. Bring it, outside prosecutor.

The FBI "interviewed" him when he did not know he was being investigated. FBI agents said he did not lie--until they said he did. No lawyer. No notice.

compare this with HRC who was accompanied by more than one lawyer --and the lawyers themselves were fact witnesses who were given some immunities. Highly unusual. Ironic that Strozk was involved with both cases.

This is not the way it is supposed to work.

He was still given notice that lying to the FBI is a felony and yet, he did it anyhow.

Why ar you making false excuses for him?

Hillary testified publicly for 11 hours without complaint, and subjected herself to 30 years of scrutiny. At this point, she is either the most brilliant mastermind in history for 'getting away" with everything, or else, there really weren't any actual crimes she committed.

Or, perhaps Durham found something and Barr has put an investigator on the case to see what is going on.....
You'd be best not to pay attention to "empty wheel." Totally lost all credibility during the Russia investigation. She is more wrong than right.

Exactly. At least one of the FBI agents who interviewed him did not believe he lied.
Hopefully, the investigator will get to the bottom of this.

Why not just go to the IG? That’s what the IG is for. Oh, never mind.

And, yet, Mueller and his endless resources, numerous attorneys and FBI agents couldn't find this.......
Still hanging on there, pp? Still believing the crap the media fed you for 2+ years?

No. There was classified information on her personal home server connected to the internet. 18 USC 793

She did it and people were paid off to make those prima facie FACTS disappear. No normal person would get that deal.

Everyone knows that she didn't commit a crime. Everyone but you, I guess.

DP here.
Whatever you need to tell yourself......
She got away with a lot. Probably because she was running for president.
Justice really isn't blind.

When did he lie? In the infamous interview. And then when he spoke to Pence, the public, etc.

And also was the SecState. Hard to remember. Or, after Tillerson's disgrace, respect.

In that interview, he did not know he was being interviewed, so it is doubtful he was told it was a felony. As for Pence, that is wrong, but it is a totally different issue and am pretty sure that it doesn't require jail time.

And, remember, the FBI agents said after the interview that he did not lie. The 302s "disappeared."

This certainly merits an outside prosecutor to look at what happened. There''s been a lot of quesitonable activity at the FBI--just contrast HRC interview with Flynn. FISA warrants on Carter Page who was working with CIA, but the FBI left that part out. But, then, it wasn't Carter Page that they really wanted to spy on.
