I think both threads were started by a longtime troll and, therefore, I have removed them.
Just post a link to the thread or use the "report" link as the previous poster suggested.

I think I have learned to live with being constantly on the verge of losing my mind.
I wrote about something very similar to this in my blog post today:

I have decided to declare war on what I am calling "tweet posts" which are posts that consist of one short, vague sentence and a link. DCUM is a discussion forum. Post something that we can discuss. If someone has to click on a link to a third party website just to know what the hell you are talking about, I'm going to delete the thread.

There has been a rash of these threads, especially at night. I wake up every morning and immediately remove about a half-dozen of them. I am not sure what is causing this trend, but I am very tired of it.

The rule is that you can't post just a link. So, adding one random sentence meets the minimum requirement for posting the link; the letter not the spirit.

I changed the rule. Posters come in and start thread after thread that completely lack substance. These threads push other threads off the front page. Then posters don't bother to look and start new threads on the same topic of threads on the second page. I want substantive threads. If I wanted tweets, I would shutdown DCUM and tell everyone to use X.

I have to make a correction. My wife has a Husqvarna sewing machine. She has not sold it.

Nope, still have it.

But did the government make you take harmonica lessons?

DOGE eliminated harmonica lessons. Their use in blues music is considered DEI and DOGE hates Dylan since he went electric.
