How is Quan doing as a coach with the VDA 07 girls? I haven’t found any thread about 07s. Is he a good coach? Will he be coaching the VDA08 girls?

If you Want to make vda make sure you have plenty of money set aside to pay for HP elite training.

Why HP? I know some team players have spent their childhood in HP. Are they really the best?

It is really good training. Some players clearly benefit more from others from it. But this garbage about favoritism has not been apparent to me at all. Quan is a straight shooter and does not hesitate to call things as he sees them. There is no agenda there. Just good training that our son gladly attends when he can. We are at a different club and have no interest in VDA, so I think we are being as objective as we can be here.

I would not be too chesty, Red is like the 4th best team in that flight(arguably lower). Looks like they are getting some home tournament cooking. That said Mclean would not be in that flight.

VSA already beat Red this season and the score made it seem closer then it was. I know Arlington only practices one day week over the winter. Most of the other teams are practice 3 days a week. Should be interesting. I really want to get a look at the strikers. Let’s see what the number 2 team in the region looks like!

I love how people think this will be a good tournament. I'm not from Nova but do keep tabs we have a DD who is close friends with RS and this should be a easy win for 12U. The strikers have went to Disney and all up and down the east coast for major tournament and has been dominating. This is just a pre season warm up with some mid level teams

Baltimore Union was the same at U10/U11. They all looked 1-2 years older than everyone else, but others have caught up now. Same will happen with Richmond.

It’s one team for all of the Richmond area. If Baltimore area or the DMV area had one team, those teams would be much better vs Richmond area.

There is also Richmond Kickers and also smaller FC Richmond so not just one club in Richmond area. Strikers are the biggest and their Elite team is the best right now... at u12.... for what that is worth... small sided
