a friend says that PWSI was the team of the future 2 years ago before they took players from other clubs who really don’t know playing smart soccer. They play the individual kick the ball and try to score, do poor passing or don’t share the ball, as far as they show up as individual strong player playing as a team doesn’t matter. PWSI original team had good roots and good understanding of playing game. I believe they went from great to poor coaching.

In other words blame 1 or 2 new players and coach Quan special touch? HA! could it be other teams are getting better? I guess not

after reading the first page and this I see how much the rankings changed. Arlington and Loudoun are still going strong from I hear but Mclean isnt doing to good any reason why? They were mentioned as a top three 2008 team a year ago. The old LMVSC who is now SYC has moved along nicely in the ranking and so has VSA. PWSI has fallen completely out the map but VYS and FCV are climbing up to the top.2008 is doing good who knows if kids will leave to ECNL or DA

why are you and others so worried about the rankings at this age? Girls are getting bigger and the field smaller. Some teams have huge girls that should be playing up if they think are that good. VSA, Londoun and even VYs seem that they selected the biggest kids. In the smaller space they look good and get to win games. Unfortunately the true is most of those players lack of skills. The only way to see if they are really good is moving them to play up or in a bigger field.

I agree about not worrying about rankings, but why in the world do they need to play up? There's nothing wrong with being good. We don't have to play them up to find their level of mediocrity.

If the team was good why bring extra players in? why blame the coach Im sure they are doing the best they can

He's the main figure for u12 and below girls (aka Zone 1 Director) and head coach for two ENCL teams. Also a head coach for u12 boys DA.

Seems like a main figure to me.

Seriously? In the non pro and pay to play world do you think clubs bring players to help teams that are already doing well? or players from other weak and falling apart clubs move in to take advantage?? Then the new club takes anyone because all they care is for $$$. Serious clubs would place the new kid in team b first to proof for a while that they are good. Mediocre clubs take the new kid to increase the pool and make more $$. Tell me about a good club that really cares about Players development.

If you Want to make vda make sure you have plenty of money set aside to pay for HP elite training.
