Dating men who are shorter than you

What are your thoughts? One of my old boyfriends used to hate it when I wore heals and I'll admit, sometimes I felt "big" and uncomfortable next to him. I feel like sometimes it works, a la Jonai #1



And sometimes it's a little odd, a la Jonai #2 (not sure why the difference though)



What are your true thoughts when you see it? Do you/would you date men who are shorter than you?

My true thoughts are these women are actually shorter then their husbands, but appear taller because they are wearing heels.

Maybeee the second one but Sophie Turner is very tall, like 5'9" or 5'10"

BTDT, they often have wonderful personalities. Tall guys are fun to climb, but shorter guys knew how to keep me laughing and engaged with great conversation. I married (eventually divorced) someone short for a man, but just an inch or two taller than me. It wasn’t a huge deal.

I don’t mind short guys at all. But I’ve never really gone for physical looks, I prefer a good personality and kind heart.

So I’m really short already. I’ve had one partner who was my height and sex was so much fun. We just fit together so nicely. But he was a total butt biscuit in the end.

I don’t think I’ve even had any opportunity to date someone shorter. I’m 5’1” - but not opposed, just not encountered many.

My husband is only 2 inches taller than me. In heels, I’m his height or taller. He doesn’t mind and neither do I. In my social circle, the guys that are on the shorter side are successful and married to beautiful women. I have never noticed a “short man complex” in any man I personally know.

My husband is an inch taller than me and I don’t love being taller than him. But sometimes I am if I like the shoes enough. Whatever.

Sophie and the first brother look more matched because they are both slight pixies.

Priyanka and the other brother look off because he is a pixie and she is regular woman size.

I dated men who were over 6'. Not on purpose, but I guess I gravitated toward them because I'm 5'8". I married someone an inch shorter though.

I am 5'9" and most men I date are around my height. It's fine.

I just ended a relationship with a guy who is 6'2" He was fun to cuddle, since he was much bigger than I, but he was also a lazy lover. I have dated men 2" shorter than I, and they were much better in bed. I think they had to put more effort in and it paid off!
