Quick, name a circuit court judge on the Fourth Circuit. I'm waiting...

i love you

She said she knew that her assaulter could one day be a Supreme Court judge, so she followed his career?

I know where mine lives. What he does. Where he works. His wife's name and where she works. Where his sister works. I know what his kids look like and where they go to school.

But she doesn’t know whose house it happened in.

The GOP prosecutor is making her admit she's forgetting everything. Which is why Blumenthal had to try to redeem her credibility by bringing it up.

She's been incredibly clear and consistent about what she remembers and what she doesn't. It's consistent with everything we've said and heard since she came out publicly.

yep. Way underestimated her.

Because they are lying about it. Notice how she would not state who hired the Polygraph individual

Oh please, she was referring to her lawyers to get the full name of the guy who administered it. You are grasping for straws. This is devastating to Kavanagh and the R's look just stupid.

You don't plan vacations that involve long flights if you fear flying. I get horribly airsick and only fly if it's necessary as result. And by necessary, I mean someone is ill, etc.

To what end?

Part of it is out of anger that he got away with it (it went to trial; evidence was thrown out due to officer error) and seems to have not suffered at all while I still suffer and the other part of it is to make sure I avoid him and his family as much as possible.

You meant to write "I don't plan vacations that involve long flights".

a Doctor who doesn't know what "exculpatory" means?

That word is used a lot in legal circles/jargon, but it is not unreasonable for a highly educated person (who is not a lawyer) to not know the meaning. Of all the reasons to discount someone, this particular one is weak.

This is all you got. Sorry.

Anonymous wrote:So wow. Ford counsel says that the reason they refuse to provide to underlying data for polygraph is because committee won’t let their polygraph guy testify. More demands; more withholding of information.

Kimberley Strassel

That is reasonable. They won't provide something that a bunch of R experts will try to poke holes in unless they agree to let their expert testify. That is just logical.

Complex data is rarely offered without an expert witness to explain the data. The committee is free to find their own expert, but is only fair to let her have her own expert explain the data. Your side won't even let her look at a map they're using as data.
