No, wrong, if you listen to her testimony she said it took a long time for Jerry the guy who administered the test to explain how the test was to be administered.

My Mom is terrified of flying but does it to visit us in DC and a sibling on the West Coast. We're really proud of her every time she makes the effort. Is someone who has a fear, acknowledges it and overcomes it, a problem?

+1, my friend hates flying, very anxious during takeoffs and landing, but we go on vacations every year or so together.

I'm terrified of flying but vacation and travel. I know I can tell the flight attendant if I have a panic attack and bring a beta blocker
