Those of you who have Republicans representing you in congress - why aren't you calling them to put pressure on them to release the Epstein files? If most "regular people" want this then you should be demanding this. Republican members of Congress are not acting because you aren't putting that pressure on them.

Obama voted to filibuster Alito, after party leaders decided against it. Kerry encourage them to do so while skiing in Europe.
With Obama voting to deny Alito a vote on the Senate floor, he had no standing to demand Republicans provide his nominees a vote.

Usually, the parties negotiate to pass legislation. In this case, the GOP rammed through the BBB and now expect the democrats to rubber stamp it. Sorry, no it doesn't work like that. Either the GOP negotiate like every other congress has over the last 245 years, or the GOP can change the rules as it has already several times durring this session, and simply pass the bill themselves.
