Top picture is with gray hair and wood paneling throughout the house, even by the bedroom door. Bottom picture is when he goes in and there is no wood paneling.

I think they deliberately had Randall wear the same outfit to throw us off. If you didn’t pay close attention to the quantity of gray hair, you would think it was the same death.

Why would Kate want her ex husband at her death bed? Unless in the future scenes of her wedding she was actually remarrying Toby.

Why would Kate want her ex husband at her death bed? Unless in the future scenes of her wedding she was actually remarrying Toby.

To make amends? To ensure his relationship with their kids is okay? Any number of reasons.

TOP PCTURE: Look at the walls next to the bedroom door. The walls match the wood paneling over Randall’s right shoulder. There are decorative shelf’s on the left of door and a chair to the right off door.
