This is the Biden administration's way of bringing in mass number of migrants - most of which do NOT qualify for asylum - and is circumventing federal law in doing so.
Come back when Biden takes any action to prevent migrants not eligible for asylum from entering our country to begin with. We had that in place. Then, Biden was inaugurated and he stopped it.

You want them stopped before they enter? Just how you suggest that happen? Which leaders have suggested any real solutions? “The wall” is not one. Trump lied about that, did basically nothing, and what little bit he did put up was ineffective.

This is just false. Even the Chief of the Border Patrol - appointed by BIDEN HIMSELF - testified that he thought it was a mistake for Biden to stop the building of a wall.
The wall won't stop ALL illegal entries. What it does do, combined with technology that was part of the plan - is to provide a deterrent and give border agents the time to get to the places where migrants are entering illegally. The border patrol will tell you that in places where the wall was constructed, crossings have plummeted. The migrants just go to places where there is no barrier.

"the wall" has stopped absolutely nobody from crossing over.

They don't need to cross over. Biden halted construction and left huge gaps in the wall. Why cross over when you can walk on through and say you are claiming asylum and be given food, shelter, and a taxpayer flight to wherever you want to go in the US?

Maybe you missed where people use ladders to scale the wall, and in many areas, the wall has simply fallen over. It was a collossal waste of money.

Do you know what also left gaps in the wall? Migrants with cheap cordless angle grinders, who were able to cut through the BRAND NEW sections of wall that Trump put up. The wall doesn't work.

And, do you understand the purpose of a wall? It is intended as a barrier along with technology like cameras to give CBP a chance to get to the border where people are attempting to enter illegally. That is not possible now because:

1. There are too many areas where there are no barriers.
2. The cartels have ensured that masses of people are sent to areas unsecured with a wall.
3. The CBP agents who are responsible for patrolling our border have been pulled to process and transport migrants that Biden has welcomed to our country.

I seem to recall hearing over and over and over again that when Title 42 was going to end we would be completely overrun and it would be a complete calamity. Or that Biden would be there welcoming everyone in and promising everyone free shit. Title 42 expired some time ago now and neither of those scenarios turned out to be true.

There have been around 1.5 MILLION got aways since Biden took office. These are not people seeking asylum. They are people evading detection.
