| Need more context. There's a difference between slapping butt when walking by and a back of the hand slap to tell them to bug off or move out of the way. |

| It is inappropriate. Like Joe Biden kissing his granddaughter full on the mouth kind of inappropriate. Anyone doing those things needs permission from the person it's being done to. |

Disturbing. My friend (female) used to do this to her daughter (in a see an ass, give it a slap way) and her daughter really didn't like it. Not okay.
But this is probably a troll so no need to get too bothered. |
