This was a long-time Marion Barry hobbyhorse. In its most recent version, it grandfathered in current employees and did not apply to police, fire and other emergency personnel.

I do not condone illegal behavior. I also do not condone stalking other parents. Which is what you're doing. I think it sets all sorts of very bad precedents. I think it sends a terrible message to your kids about their clasmates. And the fact that you keep ranting on and on about pg county only makes it worse.

Ask the kids. They know other kids are forced to lie about where they really live. What kind of an example does that set.

The reality is that few residency cheaters are coming in from MoCo and the majority are from P-G. What of it? Fraud is fraud, and the cheating parents should face justice.

Yes, by all means, sit your children down, explain residency fraud to them, and how many of their classmates, probably the black ones, might live in PG and have parents who are, in your own words, "criminals."

You're right, they don't talk to them. They talk about them and, learning from their parents, go on to be lifelong assholes disguising themselves as moralists.
