Honestly a bit confused why this is a problem.
Reading really graphic stuff is.... unlikely to lead to serious harm or problems for most people. It's not physically engaging in sexual acts (which could lead to pregnancy, disease, injury, etc) and it's not watching visual pornographic content (which could get legally dubious or worse, cost money or expose computers to viruses/hacking, or put mental images she can't unsee in her head). If whatever she reads is too heavy for her, she likely won't picture it in detail & will stop reading. Not sure it's a problem you need to "deal with", and I say this as someone with a highly embarrassing reading history myself (including fanfic I will never admit openly that I've read & way too much VC Andrews as a teen) having raised 1 college age kid, and 2 high school seniors. |
