He said the fans taunt the "relatively few" PLAYERS of color. 42% is not "few" PP was referring to the players, it’s what he said. How do you get fans from that? |
|
My bad. I thought you were trying to say that the fans are NOT racist because 42% of the players aren't white. Both are true: MLB fans are racists. 42% of players are not white. |
|
32 percent of Georgia is black.
51% of Atlanta is black. |
The MLB has forsaken minorities. No other way to spin it. |
85% of the crowd who would attend the All-Star game are paunchy white guys in sales/C-suite wearing khakis and their company’s branded Under Armor polo shirt. |
...And, these "paunchy white guys" would have supported the businesses in Atlanta that are minority-owned and operated. And, the hotels in the area. MLB screwed up. They will probably end up having the damn game in a state with voting laws more restrictive than GA. It's a shame that they now have to research every possible site to be sure they agree with their voting laws. Pathetic how politics has invaded sports to this point. |
North Carolina would disagree. |
MLB absolutely did not screw up, no matter how much people like you continue to try to claim it.
The GOP screwed up and is continuing to screw up and is trying to blame everyone else for their policy misgivings. |
Meh. Keep your money, MAGAs. You probably lied and cheated to get it. |
They can't even wear masks or socially distance. They are too weak to boycott baseball. They don't have the focus or the stamina. They'll watch the games because they can't help themselves. |
Nah, they would not have spent much money at black owned businesses. These guys fly corporate airlines, stay at chain hotels, eat at chain restraints, drink corporate macro brews, and wear their corporate logo-obsessed polo shirts. There is no virtuous cycle with these guys. |
