Yes!!! Especially Ms. Gnau! |
Our rising 5th grader had very similar results (slightly better Latin waitlist number). My thought is to enroll in Basis for now. Basis would be an easier commute for us coming from the Hill. |
Parent of a kid who did PK3 at Height. It has phenomenal PK3 teachers so really nothing to worry about. That being said, you’ll probably get into Powell. |

K4
Global Citizens (Spanish) -2 Cleveland elementary (dual language )-31 Lee Montessori PCS - Brookland- 138 (LAMB)- Kingsbury- 265 Oyster- 199 This is my first time doing this.. so what does this mean ?? I have closer chances into getting into global ?? How is that area no offense. |
You have a chance of getting into Latin with that number. |
|
| 18 on the list for Prek-4 at Shepard, no chance in hell, right? |
My kiddo went to Cleveland for prek3 and prek4 - both sets of teachers and assistants are phenomenal. If you have Ms. Dominguez next year, consider yourself very blessed! And bonus, the new playground is amazing! |
You won't get in at Latin. I know it seems like you might, but you won't. Take the bird in the hand and forget about latin. (If for some reason you do get in, they will let you know.) |
No you don't. We had a lower number last year - it only went higher. |
In normal times, there is a Latin bus from the Hill |
Yep. It was our first choice. |
What was your original #? Curious because it looks like made 24 offers by August. |
Last year Latin went to 24 by August and 27 by October. |
I bet this is a weird year for waitlists though. |
