Why are you following this thread then if the way people here are handling it bothers you so much? Small claims is not the easiest or quickest process. If other people here have obtained refunds directly from Flex, how and when they did that is relevant information. I don’t see anything wrong with people here asking the status of other people’s refunds who are in the same boat. |
And the thread started out as people trying to figure out if camp would be happening and how and only became about refunds once it was canceled. |

Flex just sent another email today. They plan to do the refund by Friday. But of course took the opportunity to check one more time if we would rather use the funds for online programming, etc. eye roll.
(To the troll that complains about those of us waiting...I’ve done my research. Getting an actual refund is by far the most expedient option.) |

| Just checked. No transaction showed up on my account either. Fingers crossed the posting of the transaction is on a delay and shows up tomorrow. |

| I put in a credit card dispute in August after Flex missed their refund date twice. I’ve just been informed by the credit card company today that Flex has done something to drag the dispute settlement out another 30 days! It boggles the mind with the 15 documents I sent over as evidence including all Flex communications on attention to refund that this can still go on. Anyone else still having trouble? |
