I am not sure how that helps. It merely illustrates that Junior should have been prosecuted too.

Or, that they were threatening Flynn Sr. with going after his son, bankrupting him like they did to him, and intimidating him unless he entered a plea.
This is the MO of some of these sleazy prosecutors. And, it is what many have claimed all along.

I can't wait to see what happens here. If there was prosecutorial misconduct, they better be held to account.

If the prosecutor required it to be kept secret to avoid Giglio, that is a problem.

Why?

Any promises that would have been material to the plea agreement have to be made part of the agreement. If Flynn might be a witness in a case against someone else, that part of the agreement needs to be discoverable.

The question is, did his attorneys have an agreement with the prosecutor not to prosecute Jr., and was it disclosed?

Yes it was disclosed and it’s been in the media forever that Flynn flipped because they were going after his son.

That's different. Even though he flipped, there is no evidence that he did it in exchange for not prosecuting his son. And, if that was the reason, it should have been in the plea agreement.

How has this been common knowledge for YEARS if they kept it secret?

Exactly. It wasn't a secret.

It was, if they were threatening Flynn with prosecution of his son, but also telling his attorneys that they won't prosecute his son. Either way, it wasn't disclosed as part of the plea agreement, and the effort to hide it to avoid disclosure requirements is a problem.

It's only a problem if it was part of the plea deal. Which it wasn't.

No. Flynn's former attorneys are saying that there was a backroom deal between them and the prosecutor, but that the prosecutor didn't want it disclosed. That is the problem.

It's in Exhibits 1 and 2 of the emails disclosed today. Emails from his old lawyers.

Sullivan was the judge in the Ted Stevens trial. He recognizes corruption and framing when he sees it.

Remember, Flynn was at the RT Dinner with Jill Stein in 2015

He plead guilty to a crime that was far less than the treason he deserves.

Interesting timing... is this the first of many bombshells of the corrupt administrative state with help from 44?

huh?

Flynn and Stein went to Russia on their own and committed treason on their own where the 2016 election is concerned. What help from 44 are you referring to?

Since Flynn pleaded guilty to multiple traitorous felonies, is he still getting his $100k+ military retirement? If so why? Rules are it is canceled upon conviction. I wish the media would explore this.
