No, that's what he pleaded guilty to and that's not the rule. Military pensions are not usually rescinded by actions after retirement.

Agreed. Plus, the recording doesn't say what pp thinks it says.
Some people here will be in utter disbelief when the whole story comes out. They'll refuse to believe it because it is so damning.
It will be hard to say it didn't happen. I guarantee you that Barr and Durham will come with receipts.
