MIL is bitching about the way I host holidays

Do you honestly think modern women and men don’t like to cook and host? Many of us do! Hosting is fun. Forcing people to do it when they don’t want to isn’t nice, but it’s also not nice to act like cooking and hosting a lovely holiday is 1950s patriarchy drudgery that modern women must eschew.
