I don’t feel like watching - no reason but doesn’t seem like my genre.
I was an extremely late convert. The whole idea of this fantasy show did not appeal to me what so ever. However, my husband said “ let’s check it out since so many people say a lot of good things about this show” we got a copy of the first season from a friend who had purchased it. Oh my God, hooked! I was surprised at how long it took me to discover the show.
I watch to please my husband who is a huge fan. It’s pretty dumb and also kind of vile, but is certainly watchable.

I've tried - I really have - but I just don't care for the constant battles, dragon stuff and fight scenes/violence. There are some good stories and beautiful cinematography, but I'm not an action scene person and absolutely hate "action" music accompanied by long fight sequences - so for all of these reasons GoT s just not the show for me. I'm glad I have watched enough to know why I don't like it because people get kind of upset when I tell them I choose not to watch it. I really loved Mad Men and many others don't for various reasons and I would never question them. Comparably GoT fans are die hard!
