When we see an attractive woman we are drawn to her, yes, but we don't imagine what she looks like naked (I already know what a naked woman looks like, thank you). It happens very fast so it's not as exhausting as it seems. But, yeah, men think about sex pretty much all day long. This is news to you?

I, for one, spend more time fantasizing about what I want to do with my wife than about random women, but everyone is different.

If it helps at all I rarely, if ever, visualize another. I'm very much in the moment. However, all the prior visualizations got me torqued up to have my engine revving for her. Win win, IMO.
